SKATING
Skating can help a child to keep fit and healthy, whilst also leading to good habits in adulthood. Roller skating works almost every major muscle group in the body. Not only that, kids today need all the help they can get to stay in shape and live a healthy lifestyle. And skating does just that by providing a great way for them to exercise!
So, we offer skating lessons as well to our children, in addition to all other activities. Our Skating lessons are provided to children by trained professionals, and practice sessions are held at the school’s skating rink.
SWIMMING
The physical and mental advantages gained from swimming are well documented. It is a life skill that has health benefits all through life….It provides a complete physical workout, strengthening your child heart, lungs and respiratory system. The most important reason is that swimming is the only sport which can save your child’s life. So, being able to swim is an essential life-saving skill.
ART AND CRAFT
Develops fine motor skills. As most art and crafts activities involve moving the hands and fingers, they help in developing fine motor skills. Even simple actions like colouring with pencils or holding a paintbrush help to strengthen the muscles and improve their control. This unrestricted exploration helps children form connections in their brain, it helps them learn and it’s also fun.
STORY TELLING
Story telling is very special for children. Stories are one way by which children increase their vocabulary and also knowledge. We revert to time-honored story-telling skills and use visual aids, dramatic tone of voice, mimicry gestures and mime to bring the story alive. When telling a story, it is important to create a close and intimate atmosphere.
